ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use any of the services offered on UrgentVietnamVisa.com and exit the website immediately.

  • You agree to be fully responsible for any claims, expenses, damages, or losses incurred by us due to your violation of these terms.

MODIFICATION

UrgentVietnamVisa.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site will be deemed acceptance of any changes.

We also reserve the right to update or remove any content or features of the website at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Visa on Arrival Applications

All visa on arrival applications are non-refundable once submitted. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately before processing begins. Once an approval letter is issued, refunds are no longer available.

It is the applicant's responsibility to provide accurate information. UrgentVietnamVisa.com is not liable for rejections or entry refusals caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

This visa type is only valid for arrival by air. We will not issue refunds if you choose to enter Vietnam by land or sea after your visa has been approved.

If your application is declined by immigration, we will refund all fees. Processing time for refunds is 7–10 working days (up to 15 days depending on your bank).

E-visa Applications

Expedited E-visa

  1. The expedited fee does not include the $25 e-visa fee charged by the government.
  2. This e-visa expedition service fee is non-refundable.

Standard E-visa

  1. Our e-visa service is for tourism purposes only. For business visas, please contact us before applying.
  2. All service fees are non-refundable unless your application is officially rejected.
  3. Refunds are issued only if your e-visa is rejected by the Vietnamese immigration authorities.

Time zone: Vietnam Standard Time (GMT+7)

Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays)

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Vietnam time)

Multiple / Single entry: "Multiple" refers to multiple entries, not multiple applicants.

Multiple entry visa: Allows you to enter and exit Vietnam multiple times during the visa’s validity period.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated processing times are based on recent performance and may vary due to factors beyond our control. While we aim for accuracy, delays may happen. No refunds will be issued due to processing delays. We recommend not booking travel until your visa is approved.

If your visa is delayed by more than 24 hours, we will issue a full refund.

PROCESSING TIME AND SERVICE COMPLETION

E-Visa processing normally takes 5-7 working days for standard rocessing, starting the day after payment confirmation. Delays may occur in special cases or during holidays. We will notify you if extra documents or time are needed.

Our service ends once your e-visa is emailed to you. If you do not receive it, notify us within 3 days. Failure to do so releases us from further responsibility.

Once delivered, all personal information is deleted from our system for your privacy.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, government regulations, strikes, or pandemics. No refunds will be provided for services affected by such events.

APPROVAL LETTER AMENDMENTS

Once issued, approval letters cannot be modified. Please double-check your information before submission. Corrections must be requested within 15 minutes of submission or a new application will be required.

APPROVAL LETTER VALIDITY

Approval letters are valid for 30 days from the intended arrival date provided in the application form, not from your actual entry date.

BUSINESS VISA

Visa on arrival through our website is for tourism only. If you require a business visa, select "Business" when applying or contact us directly.

DISCLAIMERS

  • We are not responsible for any travel disruptions or losses due to visa delays or denials.
  • While most visas are processed within 5-7 working days, delays may occur. Apply 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible.
  • Visa stamping at the airport typically takes 15–20 minutes, but can take longer. We are not liable for delays.
  • Applicants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the approval letter. If errors are caused by applicant input, re-application fees apply.
  • Group approval letters may include personal details of multiple applicants. Contact us if you require a private letter.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any application, with a full refund provided.
  • Entry into Vietnam is ultimately at the discretion of immigration officers. Even with an approved visa, entry may be denied. In this case, we will only refund the visa service fee.
  • This website is not affiliated with the Vietnamese government. While we aim for accuracy, all information is subject to change without notice.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to immigration processing times or document issues.

Please note: Holding a valid visa does not guarantee entry. If you are denied entry, we are not responsible for additional costs.
